Who We Are
TRIO Achievers program, also known as Student Support Services (SSS), is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education and has been a part of Cal Poly services to students since 1984.
- We provide assistance to at least 258 active students every year.
- The services we provide to students include academic advising, tutoring, career information, help with financial aid concerns, workshops, and help understanding academic policies and procedures and many more!
- To participate in the program, students must meet eligibility guidelines that are based on household income, parent's education, or student disability. Learn more here

TRIO Students are required to attend 2 TRIO events per quarter.
Can't make it to our TRIO events?
You may be able to earn credit by attending an outside workshop/event from an approved campus partner if it focuses on TRIO's goals. Check out the form linked below for more information or to log one of your events: TRIO Outside Event Participation Form
